Silver Tower is ready for business in Dubai real estate market

31 storey ultra chic grey glass skyscraper, Silver Tower construction has finally come to a successful end and is available in the market for potential buyers to do business. The Silver Tower project was invested by Tameer, one of the top real estate developers of UAE. Silver Tower will be the prime freehold development of Business Bay properties covering the space of about 700, 000 square feet with 27 storey dedicated to office spaces and commercial outlets, sufficient parking areas, 6 speedy elevators, and bunch of entertainment and dining offers. The project has received all the essential clearance certificates from local authorities and other utility providers. The development has potential to bring a healthy change in Dubai properties.

Business bay is the modern district of Dubai that was intentionally developed to provide a favorable environment to the business communities to give Dubai city an economic push. The project of Business Bay commenced on 2008 and will be continued till 2015 to achieve the goal. Purposefully the Business Bay properties are primarily comprised of office spaces, hotels, retail outlets, restaurants and residential developments to attract the leading local, multinational and international enterprises. Property prices in Business Bay are affordable though because of its location between new and old Dubai many people are moving to the district. It is expected to become a ‘city’ within the Dubai city and being the commercial, residential and business hub it will make a crucial part in Dubai real estate market revival.

With an interesting appeal of silver aluminum the Silver Tower is facing the lake and shows inspiring sights of the bluer waters and city. The tower is strategically built at the exchanging routes of Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road with Business Bay Metro Station at an arm’s length. The developers said that the architecture’s interior has been designed with modern application of art and science to make the optimum use of light and space.
